I am not satisfied with my order, can it be returned? What should I do if there is a problem?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to return it to us for a full refund. You must return it at your own expense, once we receive the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please include a name and order number on returned packages.
Please note: If your package is on its way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before you can receive a refund.

I entered an incorrect address, what do I do now?
If you misspelled or auto-filled an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you have verified if the address listed is incorrect, please notify us by email at gbocsan389@gmail.com. If the address listed is incorrect, we can change it to the correct one within 24 hours. No refunds will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
